Terms of Use

General

These terms bind everyone who uses the TamDesk services. By starting to use the service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

TamDesk is a service provided by BEEZ Bilişim Limited Şirketi (Gökevler Mahallesi 2312 Sokak No:8/3 Esenyurt/İstanbul, Türkiye). These terms constitute the agreement between you and BEEZ Bilişim Limited Şirketi.

Description of the service

TamDesk offers file sync, versioned backup and browser-based remote support in a single product. The service is delivered through the agent software you install and the web portal.

Account

To use the service, you need to create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your account, including protecting your access credentials such as your password and agent keys. Do not transfer your account to others; if you notice suspicious activity, notify us immediately.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful purposes only. Do not:

• Host or distribute illegal content
• Put the service under excessive load in a way that damages its infrastructure or affects other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to your account or our infrastructure, or test security vulnerabilities without permission
• Use the service to gain unauthorized access to other people's computers

Free and paid plans

The service is offered as free and paid plans whose limits (number of agents, storage, number of concurrent technicians) are set per plan. Usage exceeding plan limits may be blocked. The operation of paid plans, payment terms and renewal procedure are notified separately at sign-up and on the payment page.

The free scope is as follows: 1 computer is free without time limit. A second computer and 2 GB of cloud storage are offered as a free trial of 4 months. When the trial ends, computers above your entitlement continue to work for a short grace period with a visible countdown; once the grace period ends, access to those computers is suspended until an entitlement is purchased. Your data is not deleted, and access resumes immediately after purchase. The operator may change the trial and grace period lengths in its administration panel. Remote support sharing (the support list, where every connection is subject to the computer owner's approval) and instant-support links are always free and unlimited. Additional computers and cloud storage are charged per computer and per GB.

Data and backup responsibility

Keeping the only copy of your files on TamDesk is not a proper use of the service; redundancy for your important data is always your responsibility. You are also responsible for the legality of the content you back up. The data within the scope of the service is described in detail in the Privacy Notice under Turkish data protection law (KVKK).

Service level

We strive to deliver the service with reasonable effort, generally uninterrupted. However, outages, planned maintenance and issues arising outside our reasonable control may occur. We give no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will be recovered within any specific time.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. If you breach these terms, we may suspend or completely close your account. After termination, your data is deleted in accordance with the principles explained in the Privacy Notice under Turkish data protection law (KVKK).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes we will notify you in the portal or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Mandatory jurisdiction rules under consumer legislation remain reserved for those receiving the service as consumers.
